Chocolate Pecan Fudge

  • 2--12 ounce packages of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1--14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¹/3 cup HONEY
  • ¾ cup pecans

Butter a 9 inch square pan
Place chocolate chips, milk and Honey in a medium sauce pan mix over low heat stirring constantly until blended well
Increase to medium heat cook 2 minutes stirring constantly
Remove from heat, quickly stir in pecans, and immediately pour into prepared pan
Bring to room temp then place in refrigerator until chilled
Cut in squares and enjoy
