Honey-Sweetened Snack Mix

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole wheat cereal
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup wheat germ
  • ½ cup unsalted almonds
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 cup HONEY
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix first six ingredients (dry ingredients) together well
Mix last four ingredients together (liquids) well
Mix together (liquid & dry) well
Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet
Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes
Cool then break into pieces
Store in airtight container
