Orange Honey Syrup

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 ½ teaspoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

In a small saucepan mix together 1 cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Cook on medium heat while stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat and stir for 2 minutes more. Makes about 1 cup. Can be used as a glaze on meat and poultry or served warm straight on pancakes!
